  What I find also important is punctuality and that they were. The first day Kent was even 10 minutes earlier than they promised. The work on my AC was more complicated than at first we thought and more parts had to be ordered.   The second day Paul and Kent both came. They brought more parts and had a plan to fix everything. Climbing into a burning hot attic was  part of it. They did their magic with PVC and Copper pipes and installed a little box that helps to direct the condense water away from the AC through pipes to the outside.  Because that had been the problem. My almost 53 years old house still had drain pipes in the wall  that were too narrow for today's standards and the clog that was formed didn't let water drain so I ended up with a small river in my garage. Kent did everything to unclog that pipe except standing on his head. Nothing doing. So new pipes and hoses were installed . And that little motor does the trick. Paul and Kent saw to it that I had a cool house and no more river on my garage floor. Their prices are very reasonable for these times. They gave me an unexpected very generous discount  because I am a low-income very senior old lady.  They'll take such things into account  for people that need it. They're good people. I'm happy with the work they did for me, and want also a regular tune-up in the future . I'm very satisfied with the Taylor Air & Heat Company and give them an A+.

PS The first photo shows the little outside mystery box that helps to drain the condensation water through pipes and hoses away to the outside. The second photo shows the most welcome truck you'll ever want to see in your driveway when you have AC trouble . It says Taylor Air & Heat and that's all you need. Hey, I made a slogan !
